Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, it is sometimes inevitable that some manufacturing defects show up in our magnets.
We try to ensure these defects are filtered out before any magnets are shipped. 

At times, we cannot always pick up these small defects due to the size and quantity. 
We are happy to replace any magnets that arrive with any of these sorts of defects (e.g: chipping or denting). Just send us an email with the photo of the defect and we will be happy to sort out a replacement. 

Please note, this only applies to defects when they arrive. Care must be taken when separating magnets and using these magnets as they can crack / chip if they collide together.
